Slinky playground not producing output from CodePen

Not sure if this is the right repo to report this issue, but as the title states - when trying to "Get my HTML Email" I get "something went wrong, try with different codepen" alert box. Then the output textarea is filled with some HTML code related to Clouflare and Captcha.

Please provide the steps to reproduce this, including links.

Sure thing:

  1. Visit https://zurb.com/playground/slinky,
  2. Immediately observe browser alert window stating "Something went wrong, try again with a different codepen" and some cloudflare related HTML code inside textarea under "Step 3 Copy Your New Email Code" section of the webpage.
  3. Navigate to the boilerplate on codepen by clicking "Code Your Email" button under "Step 1..." section of the webpage,
  4. Edit something in the pen code to reveal the "Get your HTML email" and click the button.
  5. Observe pt. 2.
