Text center aligned in Outlook Web App

How can we reproduce this bug? View email in Outlook Web App Client

Write out the HTML (or Inky code) that causes the issue. templates/basic.html unmodified will show the issue

What did you expect to happen? Text should be left aligned

What happened instead? Text is center aligned

What email clients does this happen in? Outlook Web App on Windows 7. I tested in Chrome. It looks OK in the standard Outlook 2010 desktop client.
