CSS styles for tag and class small is not working

If I change the $small-font-size $small-font-color values ​​in _settings.scss they don't apply because there is a issue in _typography.scss on line 298, there is no ',' character at the end on that line. Could you please fix this.

Are you using develop branch? This issue was fixed last year and merged in July
