Interfacing with the rotary switch
Hi, I am using the same rotary switch and 3d printed component as you to create a fuel selector for my PA-28 in X-Plane. I have hooked up the switch to a board from Desktop Aviator (2040). It interfaces via USB and in X-Plane I can now detect the 1 and 2 positions, but for the PA-28 those would be Right and Off. The Left tank position is 0, which is straight up - the middle rotary switch position, and this one give 0 voltage - so how do I detect that condition so I can connect it to fuel tank left?
