Thunderbird 38.0.1 do not go to tray

Thunderbird 38.0.1 do not go to tray after minimize or close. The FireTray Icon have no function.

Thunderbird <38.xxx works.

I confirm the bug: updated to TB38 few days ago, firetray stopped working. I'm on an archlinux system, window manager: fluxbox.

I can confirm this on 38.0.2

When I close the window I get

`ERROR firetray.FiretrayWindow unknown window while lookup Source: resource://gre/modules/Log.jsm Line: 749

ERROR firetray.Window can't unregister unknown window null Source: resource://gre/modules/Log.jsm Line: 749`

The tray works as expected when TB is active but TB stays in the window bar once minimized. When I click the close button, TB actually closes instead of giong to tray.
