Keyboard shortcut not toggling dialog

Spamming Ctrl+O just opens multiple instances of the dialog box.

Key combination doesn't open anything

Installed this but command shift O doesn't open anything. Tried changing the key combination to command ctrl O, still nothing.

If I call tablight with my shortcut and then call it again, pressing escape only removes one iteration of tablight and leaves the tablight box on top of the page...

On Mac OS X cmd+O opens file opening dialog

Extension is enabled, browser restarted – cmd+O doesn't open tablight, but opens file dialog. Yosemite, Chrome 41.
