test(api): finalized license API testing and added more unit test cases for upload, folder, group APIs

Description

This pull request introduces more unit test cases for upload, folder, group and license APIs as reported in issue #2755

Changes

• Finalized unit test cases development for license controller, all available methods are now covered.
• Improved and added new unit test cases for upload, group and Folder APIs.

How to test

• Head to ui_tests packager -> api -> controller and run all test cases, they all pass with no issues.
