Description

The Add License page in Fossology UI has the following issues:

The Edit option is not functioning properly. Level 0 is not present in the form. The SPDX ID is also not included in the form or table.

Please describe your situation in few words here. Regarding the issue in the Fossology UI's Add License page, there are three problems: the Edit option isn't working, Level 0 is missing from the form, and the SPDX ID is absent from both the form and table. An issue should be opened to resolve these issues.
