Integrate Add License Page

Description

The functionality of the Add License is not integrated on the page.

Steps to be followed

  1. Refer to the endpoint URL of the API.
  2. Call the post API upon the submission of the form on the page.

Expected Results

The License is directly created after the user submits the form with details for the new license.
