`--needed` flag not working anymore?

I have aura -Ax --needed <packages> in one of my old setup scripts in order to only install packages that aren't already installed. Evidently this was implemented once upon a time (see #240), but as of aura 4.0.8 it doesn't work (gives "error: unexpected argument '--needed' found")

This may have been lost in the port. Indeed I don't see it in the output of -Ah.
