"No usable snapshots found." when running aura -Br -- Wants me to rebuild 60+ packages....

I saw #887 but honestly, aura -Cm wants me to rebuild 60+ packages but I can't really do that, it's just too much.

I tried to use -Br after the snafu of #953 but ran into this "No usable snapshots found."

Don't think the logic works here, sorry. Some packages I ignore in the config file as I do not want to rebuild them and that alone nullifies the -Br option....

Perhaps the Snapshot "usability" criteria is too strict. I will revisit it, thanks for the report.
