Can we add or customize [mpv.conf](https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/blob/master/etc/mpv.conf) file? I know it is primarily a image viewer but I love the implementation of mpv. This project is gorgeous.

Please show it on the right side instead of the left. Makes more sense on the right side because original youtube chapters shows on the right side.
