I would suggest inviting Elias Rudberg from DFRI to talk about open solutions for "e-identification" (Link in Swedish: https://www.dfri.se/projekt/e-legitimation/). If this topic feels a bit to niche, I would suggest broadening it to a discussion about "mandatory software" and the role of FOSS - that is software that is more or less required to take part in society, such as e-identification, tax reporting suites, any governmental app that is only for Windows/MacOS/iOS/Android with Play Services, etc.
