allow the ability to scroll over buttons to change its values

Yes - I know its non-standard,

lets look to see if by hovering over the toolbar buttons and using the scroll button, the values can be changed.

Note - we should obviously add a slight delay - so the button image may change but the associated action would not fire. This will allow you to scroll quickly to where you want without going through all the intermediate functions.
