Not all boost source files included?

So I wanted to see if I could compile the driver myself - and it seems as if you're using "boost" (whose website is confusing, as it's libraries for the sake of libraries? What is the purpose of boost?), but I get a bunch of "cannot open source file" errors when compiling, due to missing files.

No they aren't included, that's the main idea behind a library. What platform are you on?

Same Problem, I checked the gitignore, looks like the author ignored some boost files.
