Stuck at enabling vibration

I've been using this driver recently with no problems, but today when I started up the driver it got stuck at enabling vibration after initializing Joy-Con (L). There is no new information in the console, it just does not move past that step.

edit: To add on, they can connect perfectly fine when only when joycon is connected, the problem appears when both joycons are connected via bluetooth.
