Actual Behaviour

The app crashes if it is run for the first time after installation with PSLab connected.

Expected Behaviour

The app never crashes.

Steps to reproduce it

1. Uninstall PSLab app if is installed
2. Connect PSLab device to phone
3. Install PSLab app
4. Start the app
5. Acknowledge requested permission
6. App crashes
