User should be shown a custom message if there is no event he can check in into

Currently, if the user has no events to check in, the dropdown shows no options, which gives a buggy appeal. Instead, a small note should be shown to the user saying that there are no events he can check in, and he should register for them first on the main portal.

I would like to be assigned this issue.
