Kniterate is a startup developing a knitting machine. We can convert our format to theirs and back.

To solve this issue:

• [ ] read the kniterate files and create knitting patterns from them
• [ ] save knitting patterns to kniterate files
• [ ] create an issue in fossasia/kniteditor that these formats should be loaded and saved
