Window App: update to latest version

The content folder is the same as the gh-plages branch.

Problem: How can it be updated? Possible solutions:

• ok: add the flappy-svg gh-pages branch as submodule
• best: download the gh-pages-branch automatically, i.e. as zip serve from it.

There is an icon folder inside content folder also, which is not in gh-pages branch. It contains icons of different dimensions for the app.

During update, just add the icon folder in the newly downloaded gh-pages branch. Also we can update the icon for the game (mind the name and extension of icon file 16 means 16x16, 32 means 32x32 and same for 64x64 and 128x128
