Implement Eventyay-Talk Plugin Support

Currently the Eventyay-Tickets platform provides the features like :

• create virtual event
• book and sell tickets of respective tickets
• manage the event related information,speakers,attendee,etc.

This issue is of the steps to provide the funcitonality of the Eventyay-Talk i.e.
