Checking If Email exists in realtime during signup

Current behaviour:

Currently , user need to enter email and it then send to backend for checking if user exists . Expected behaviour:- [ ] bug report

Also can you prepare logic for checking for temporary mails. There are some restricted domains for email address so that only valid users authenticate into system.
