The Avatar is not getting re-loaded when it is changed on the top.

Actual Behaviour

When the avatar is changed, we need to refresh the page in order to see the change in the avatar at the top.

Expected Behaviour

The avatar should be automatically refreshed when save changes is clicked.

Steps to reproduce it

Go to account and change the avatar in the select avatar option.
