Create a map of CommonsNet users

We want to create a map of CommonsNet users based on a location provided in a form to show a map of transparent Wifi shared with a support of CommonsNet.

An example is: https://freifunk.net/wie-mache-ich-mit/community-finden/

A structure of map is already implemented. Now we need to get location from form, and pass it to our controller to display locations pickers on map
