Top menu of start page has a space on the right. (Compare to exhibition page)

The top menu is slight moved to the left and has a space on the right. Expected: no space. It should be same as the exhibition page at https://2019.fossasia.org/exhibition/index.html

On comparing, I don't see any difference in the positioning of fossasia logo (left side).

but you can notice the addition of another button/link on the far right corner (the one with three parallel lines) of the start page which is the only observable difference (right side).

If this change is intentional, then please close #48, assuming the issue was fixed.

if it's not intentional, @mariobehling please allow me to raise an issue for the above mentioned difference & add the same button/link on every page where it is missing.
