Consider chocolatey support for easy install of fossa-cli

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In times where package managers like Homebrew and Chocolatey are available it is always a bit frustrating if I have to edit PATHs variables and profiles by myself, just for installing a small tool.

Describe the solution you'd like I would prefer to use chocolatey package manager to install the fossa-cli on a windows maschine. Just like Homebrew for MacOS. This would make the installation easier and faster.
