No loading of thumbnails in mobile version

Is there a way to not load the thumbnails in mobile version? With small bandwidth it takes long to load selfoss on mobile devices. Not loading the thumbnails when viewed by a mobile device would probably help.

https://github.com/SSilence/selfoss/pull/1022 allows to disable loading thumbnails (though it will do it on web too).
