LTP test 'msgstress04' hangs

LTP (version 20190517) test 'msgstress04' often hangs on HSDK and HAPS.

Examples: HSDK - glibc, gcc 8.3.0, binutils 2.31.1 - ltp.target.log.txt HAPS - uclibc, gcc arc-2019.03-rc1, binutils arc-2019.03-rc1 - haps.ltp.target.log

Temporary solution: switch off 'msgstress04' test in automated verification

Test msgstress03 hanged during execution on HAPS, see ResultsDB #4853.

It was decided to temporarily remove all msgstressXX tests to continue verification.
