feat(i18n): update russian locale to human-translated version
I completely manually translated all the strings of the project into Russian. The result is clearly better than the previous version from machine translation. Of course, the context for each string can still not be taken here, but this step is already important for moving to the correct translation of the project into Russian.
@titanism Hello. I am still waiting for a review on this. The merge of the new translation was agreed upon via your service's support mail.
Looks like there's a conflict, can you rebase?
We are aiming to have better translations soon (less strings, more so entire context of Markdown translated)
Hi there,
We have implemented a new translation approach. Can you please review pages on our site? If there are a few examples that need improved upon, please let us know. Our approach now translates entire blocks of text and gathers more context.

You can change the location using the dropdown in the footer, or by entering your locale:
Russian: https://forwardemail.net/ru https://forwardemail.net/ru/faq
German: https://forwardemail.net/de https://forwardemail.net/de/faq
Chinese: https://forwardemail.net/zh https://forwardemail.net/zh/faq
Arabic: https://forwardemail.net/ar https://forwardemail.net/ar/faq
Korean: https://forwardemail.net/kr https://forwardemail.net/kr/faq
etc.
This was not an easy effort as we had to preserve GitHub-style alerts, headers (e.g. so we can do a generic link to https://forwardemail.net/faq#something and it will work across all translated files (e.g. there is a #something id anchor).
See our project at https://github.com/ladjs/mandarin for more insight into what we do behind the scenes. We welcome your suggestions.
We hope this improves our website experience for you 🙏
Thank you,
