SSC: Add user feedback for failed bulk requests

there's no user feedback if any of the individual requests in an SSC bulk request fails with a non-200 response code. we should think of ways to improve this, like having options (either global or per request entry) on SSCBulkRequestBuilder to either ignore, warn or fail on non-200 response
