Update icons and splashes

Here's the versions of the HBAS which nobody has complained about (so far) on the discord server. These are based on the short-lived AI-generated icon but are made by me.

I like the direction this PR is going in, but am not ready for another re-brand just yet. Thank you for starting the conversation on the topic though, and I'm leaving this open with the intent of using a package-based icon similar to this concept in the future.
