Cannot fix a zoom issue in another project

I used the zoom part you posted in the SO answer in this library: https://github.com/jillix/svg.pan-zoom.js

There is an online demo: http://jillix.github.io/svg.pan-zoom.js/

The zoom is not working like in the react test. Can you please take a look what's going on there?
