Is it possible to run a script with a run configuration?

An eclipsescript can be started with Ctrl+4 and selecting the wanted script. Is it also possible to run a specific script with a run configuration or extra key shortcut? (I would like to automate some tasks in Eclipse and my team members are already used to start tasks with run configurations.)
