[Bug] the code runner can't cd to the true path

• VS Code Version: 1.70.1
• OS Version: windows 11
• Code Runner Version: 0.11.8

Describe the bug

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use the Remote - WSL plugin 2.use the run in terminal mode
2. write some code and use the code runner plugin

Actual behavior cd to the wrong path and cannot run the code

Expected behavior run the code
