Installation stops at step 3

Test Environment: Oracle Linux 9 update 7 MySQL 8.0.36 PHP 8.0.30 FormTools 3.1.1 SELinux passive

I run the install and after it completes step 3 Create Database Tables, it never progresses. It does create all the database tables. Am I missing something? Is it supposed to go to the next page Create Config File?

Found the solution. Edit the URL of the web page and replace "step3" with "step4" and press enter. Forward march!
