Formtools 3.1.1 Clients Cannot Access/See Form Submissions Using PHP8x

Using FormTools 3.1.1 I am getting a 503 error, logged in with administrative rights, when I click on the "Clients -> Forms" tab to add a client to a form using PHP8x. It works fine with PHP7.4.

Logged in as a client, I am unable to see any associated forms using PHP8x. It works fine with PHP7.4.

Please let me know if this is already resolved. If so, could you point me to the fix?
