Adding a new Hebrew language translation

Hello, I have made an Hebrew translation for this script but I don't know where to upload it so I am going to add it here and I hope someone here will add it to the languages.

I also wanted to ask what would be the way to add it? can I do it manually, just add it to the folder where the languages are or do I need to wait for someone in the dev team to add it so I can later update my site?

Thank you for all the hard work and great script, I hope it will work well in Hebrew and with RTL languages in general.

Here is the translated language file, I simply named it he_il.php he_il.php.zip
