Cant load admin page

Went through the whole installation with no issues from last screen I click on the log into forms button get This page isn’t working192.168.1.72 is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 I originally had php 8 had this error did some reading here remove php 8 and installed php 7 reinstall same issue.

Argh not sure whats happening here google chrome changes my url typed in as http://192.168.1.72/forms/admin/index.php browser changes it to: http://192.168.1.72/forms/admin/forms/
