Install stops when creating config.php
The install works fine and passes all tests. Won't create config.php. I copied what it said the file contents should be and created the file myself on the server, making sure the permissions were right. But then the install goes completely blank as if the config file isn't working.

No answer yet? I get to the point of the tables created and it doesnt even more to the configure file task.
