Very long time response to update when push button to "Submit"

It's been a few days since when clicking the "Submit" button on most Forms, the response time to apply takes more than 5 minutes. It is impossible for the user to work.

In some forms, everything is normal, confirming and applying in a few seconds.

I checked MySQL, I couldn't identify anything wrong, I ran the "System Check" module to identify and repair any faults.

Has anyone gone through this problem? Do you have any idea how to fix it? I appreciate your help.
