Embedding Form Tools

Hi, I created a form with Form Tools and it works great. But - when I embed it in my website using html or iframes it doesn't show the thankyou confirmation page so it works but is confusing for the user. Any idea how I can get it to advance to the thankyou page? Works fine at the original address. TIA
