Standard e-mailer doesn't understand comma's in name

When I was testing the CSV exporter, I decided to add a comma in the Name-field of a form.

After that, the conformation mail was garbled.

I was able to work around this by only adding Email in the 'Constructing Form Email Fields'-option and leave out the name.
