Data Migration from 2.0 to 3.0

Hi, I have 55 internal forms which was developed through 2.0. Now i want to migrate to 3.0. but failed to retrieve the data in 3.0. Please guide me how to migrate the data of field_options, Client_forms

Well I have 4 FT forms, 2 with FT2 and 2 with FT3. Soon I want to migrate FT2 for FT3, my first step I had an error. :(

Has anyone else managed to migrate from FT2 to FT3? I'm not especially worried about migrating submission data, but would like to migrate the Form definitions, views, emails , clients etc
