[Discussion] Add a wrapper for chip input

I implemented a material-ui control for chip input that can be used with formsy. A user suggested to collaborate with you so that may be added to formsy-material-ui.

As you may see in my answer to that comment, I'm really unsure if that's an option or if there should be a new formsy-material-chip-input project. Integrating the chip input into this project would mean adding a new dependency that many users may not need.

Thanks for asking. I'd like to avoid the dependency here (until your chip input makes it into Material-UI :), but happy to promote a separate project from the README. Feel free to submit a PR for that, and to grab any code from here to jumpstart with if it helps.
