Add a new label and value option in 'action' field of button's editform

I have searched for adding a new option in Action field in button's editform modal, but I could not find an option to do so. I am attaching a screenshot of the same for reference. Please suggest how this can be done.

Hello! If you have access to the Custom Action, you can create a button with a custom action. Would this solution work for you?
