[🕹️] Add and Implement auto-animate to the web app

We want to add the auto-animate package to the web app. It has minimal configuration but adds cool transition animation in list-based components.
Describe the solution you'd like
Read the documentation of auto-animate. Please find all the suitable places to add the transition(including surveys list, etc.)

Additional context
We've already implemented this in the surveys package; please refer to its implementation in the packages/surveys/src/components/questions/RankingQuestion.tsx file and add it the same way to the places you find in the web app.
