Instead of adding code I may point to good packages. E.g.:

• See this paper presenting the ads package.
• See spatstat. It has a long version history on CRAN going back to 2002.
• Consider using spatstat, recommended by Alexandre (adalardo).
• Research uses of ppm point pattern models.
