Investigate API throttling errors

One of our partners seems to be running into API throttling issues:

A quick thought that I think you will be able to help us with that will help us get our integration out sooner. We're running into an issue with the current allowed requests per second on the API, it's quite low and we were wondering if this was something we might be able to change?
