Allow moderator to hide comment

Background

This is a nice-to-have feature as part of the moderator role project. Currently this feature isn't within the scope, but if it's easy to add, we would prefer to also get moderator this right.

Definition of done

Implement necessary code change for the expected behavior to happen.

Expected behavior

As a moderator, I should be able to moderate comments by accessing ... -> Moderate

Hi @MdSahil-oss - thanks for volunteering! I chatted with the team and as we have some refactoring to do in this area, it's best to keep it within the core team right now.

I should have labeled something so that you know this one is still being triaged. Sorry about that and I appreciate your patience and willingness to contribute 😊
