Nice! I remember there was also an issue with grafted subgraphs being renamed. What's the plan to make those work?

Graph-node now supports fetching all receipts in a single request using `eth_getBlockReceipts` (https://github.com/graphprotocol/graph-node/pull/5341). That should help with the request volume.
Graph-node now supports a GraphQL query to the index-node endpoint to get it's version, so this should be unblocked now.
@abarmat this issue is kind of old, do you think it's something we should look into?
Could you share transaction management params you set? Such as `gas-increase-timeout`, and `transaction-attempts`.
